"My whole life has been about people pretending to be someone they're not. When you look at this world full of actors playing games, you don't get angry or upset, you just watch." -AlonWhile I can readily adapt to other people's personalities, it can be draining. That's why I created these personality masks.(Please note that I use this both online and in real life, depending on the situation and the people involved.)Please read the red highlight to continueUse these masks if you can easily adopt the personalities of others. There are rows for 3 types of introspective and extrospective; pick one section of what you can manage/control.Warning: Please use common sense. These masks are intended as a defense or offense mechanism around people.Using these masks can breed distrust and ruin friendships, relationships, and more. NEVER USE THEM ON YOUR BEST FRIENDS.I have a full explanation at the end. scroll down.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Extrovert:
Mask 1: The Jovial Connector:
High-energy and captivating, drawing the group's attention. Use this mask to network and engage with others.
----------------------
Mask 2: The Warm Friend:
Be approachable and kind, making everyone feel welcome. Beneath that mask, you must make them dependent on you.
-----------------------
Mask 3: The Playful Rival:
Be competitive, teasing, and flirty, sparking energy in conversations. Underneath, all this mask wants is to troll/rage bait them, make them thing that it is a joke, but it's really not.
----------------------
Mask 4: Alpha Mirror:
This mask projects dominance by mirroring those in positions of authority. In reality, this pursuit of control often conceals an underlying vulnerability.
----------------------
Mask 5: The Storyteller:
This mask tells many false circumstances about yourself to entertain the people around you, since there is no evidence to prove otherwise. Plus, with human nature, people will always believe people telling stories, as long as you're close to them.
-----------------------
Mask 6: The Entertainer:
This mask projects as always witty, funny, and dramatic to keep others engaged. This mask wants to control people, knowing how confident and funny this user can be.
----------------------
Mask 7: The Seducer:
Following Robert Greene's "Art of Seduction," this mask presents a seductive appearance, always flirty, funny, and entertaining towards the person they wish to seduce; in exchange, they wish for the person to be dependent on them, creating a situation where the person would always be attracted to that mask.
------------------------
Mask 8: The Social Magnet:
Pulls people together, introducing and connecting groups. Inside, they want to be the leader in control, the mastermind behind the group, making everyone their Pavlovian dog.
--------------------------
Mask 9: The Motivator:
This mask encourages and uplifts others, radiating enthusiasm. It provides the wearer with both genuine and misleading advice on self-improvement. Sometimes, this encouragement may be a means to achieve the Motivator's own hidden agenda.
----------------------
Mask 10: The Charmer:
This mask is for someone smooth-talking and persuasive, easily admired. While it may be similar to mask 7, this mask is only for gaining trust so they can do whatever you want.
------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ambivert:
Mask 1: The Warm Friend:
The mask is friendly and approachable, this persona strikes a balance between extroversion and introversion, quickly gaining trust while maintaining control of the interaction. (Personal Favorite)
--------------------------
Mask 2: The Chameleon:
This mask adapts tone, energy, and personality to seamlessly blend into any environment, exerting influence discreetly.
-------------------------
Mask 3: The Empath:
This mask displays a highly caring and emotionally perceptive character, using validation techniques to subtly obtain secrets and foster loyalty.
------------------------
Mask 4: The Mediator:
While you are able to control both circumstances, this steps in as the voice of reason, resolving conflicts to gain influence over both sides.
----------------------
Mask 5: The Quiet Seducer:
This mask is able to control their mood swings, both introspective and extrospective. Women will have a better tactic with this. But this is the same: act all seductive and flirty towards the person, and the next day, be a little distant. They'll be curious about what is happening and will try to entertain you or lighten the mood, forgetting their own needs first and catering to yours.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Introvert:
-----------
Best for Real Life, my personal favorite
-----------
Mask 1: The Listener:
This mask speaks little, acts drained and boring, but secretly absorbs everything. This mask gains power by letting others reveal themselves freely. It gains power by encouraging others to freely reveal their inner selves. The more they talk, the more knowledge you will understand about them.
-------------------------
Mask 2: The Observer:
This mask observes silently, analyzing the world around itself and vulnerabilities. It leverages silence to act with calculated precision. Yes, this mask must think ahead before continuing, assessing if this path is safe; one mess up and your mask is over.
-------------------------
Mask 3: The Phantom:
This mask blends into the background, unnoticed, and strikes only when advantage is certain. This mask was inspired by the book "The Prince" by Niccolò Machiavelli, who taught us that the ends justify the means.
-------------------------
Mask 4: The puppeteer:
This mask keeps others guessing with mystery and contradiction. Slowly manipulates in the shadows by being unpredictable.
-------------------------
Mask 5: The Stoic:
This mask was inspired by the book I've recently read called "Meditations" by Marcus Aurelius. This mask must be emotionless, unreadable, impossible to provoke. It maintains dominance through calm control. The hard part about this is that you can't break your mask; not make a slight smirk or the slightest reaction. You must keep a poker face to achieve this mask.
-------------------------
Mask 6: The Minimalist
Says little but makes each word sharp and impactful. Manipulates by forcing others to fill the silence.
-------------------------
Mask 7: The Quiet Seducer
Many people do this but I'll try to make this in the most simplest terms: This mask attracts people without saying much. They use strong eye contact and silence to influence others. Example: A man or woman sees a person to target and will always use their charming eyes, acting cool to gain their attention, all by saying no words.
-------------------------
Mask 8: The Pretender
This mask looks calm and friendly. It smiles and acts like it should. It seems easy to talk to and "normal." But everything it does is planned out. It hides what the person really thinks and feels. It's like the idea of law 3 "conceal your intentions" from Robert Greene's 48 laws of power.

Explanation: I don't really like showing myself to people, mostly because everyone fakes their personality anyway, so why not me?
People, parents, and even teachers often present a false persona.
Teachers: Teachers, for example, may project an image of strength and authority to instill fear in students, leveraging their position of power.Parents: Some parents, out of concern for their child's well-being, become highly protective, always seeking what they believe is best for them, they create fake scenarios of what would happen.People: Individuals who adopt a false persona are particularly difficult to deal with. This often manifests in relationships, where people may alter their behavior or treat others unfairly. Consider these options:
1. Ignore the behavior.
2. Retaliate, "the end justifies the means" approach by treating them as they treat you.
Anyway, people will always switch up on you when they meet their crush; they act all high and mighty just to make their crush recognize them (even though in her own mindset, she has no idea if that boy really likes her, lol. That's acting for nothing).Or when you're with your friend, and you see your other friend who finds your other friend's stuff "cringe," what will you do? Surely you can't put on both masks? Simple, try to make the interaction go by quickly, or try to follow both traits, but don't fully go with one trait; try to mix both.
Reason: I've made these masks because I know people aren't the same; some may like anime, some may not. Some may laugh at different things, which is why it's easy to shift into the personalities of others. Sending people content they may find funny, while the other person doesn't? Simple: send them different categories of their affinity.
Understanding human nature, including people's preferences, humor, and common behaviors, makes blending in very predictable. Everyone is different, whether in personality, activities, or other aspects. Learn this pattern and you will understand many people.
